Chapter 1
Drawing & DFM Review
The customer provides 3D drawings (STEP/IGES format) or 2D drawings (PDF/DWG format) , and the engineer performs a manufacturability analysis (DFM) to confirm whether the material, tolerance, surface treatment, and structural design are reasonable.
Objective： To detect design defects in advance and optimize cost and processability.
Chapter 2
Raw Material Preparation
Purchase or cut metal materials, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, plastic, etc. according to drawings.

CNC Programming
Use Cam software (e.g. Mastercam, UG NX, Fusion 360) for process layout, generate tool path (G-code) , match machine type (lathe/milling machine/compound machining center, etc.) .

CNC Machining
The program will be imported into CNC machine tools, the actual processing. This includes turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other operations.

Inspection & Quality Control

Surface treatment
